Payment schedules, milestones, and post-delivery maintenance terms are set out in the individual client agreement for each project and take precedence over these general Terms for that engagement.
Intellectual property ownership of custom-built software or deliverables transfers to the client only upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Training & Internship Programs
Enrollment in any Software Development, Machine Learning & Data Science, Mobile App Development, or Corporate Training program is subject to program-specific terms shared at the time of application, including duration, attendance requirements, applicable fees, and certification criteria.
Completion certificates, where offered, are issued only upon meeting the attendance and evaluation criteria of the respective program.
6. Cyber Security & Business Analytics Engagements
Where iGurus is engaged for cyber security assessments or business analytics work involving client systems or data, the client is responsible for ensuring it has the legal right to grant iGurus access to such systems and data.
iGurus will handle any such access and data strictly for the purposes agreed in the relevant service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, iGurus Consultancy Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
